I’m so not a conspiracy theorist: 9-11 wasn't an inside job & Loose Change is a product of loose interpretation. I don’t even care that Dubya and Kerry were Skull & Bones (partly because they are both pretty much doucheb to begin with). However, what in the flip (shout out to you, Mitt) is going on with the mainstream media coverage of Ron

Wow, NBC and Donald Trump are taking the use of the word “celebrity” to new heights with “Celebrity Apprentice”. Calling this cast “D-listers” is generous:

Piers Morgan (America’s Got Talent judge) - Wait, so judges from reality shows are now contestants on OTHER reality shows. This is getting redonkulous.

Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth (

Bottom line, my thoughts before TRUtv launches are that I am happy that they are trying something a bit different in the reality genre, but I really don’t see a big appeal for it and I don’t think it finds a monster audience. I’ll have thoughts after it launches, and at least the HD aspect is a nice touch. I would say it is worth checking

Ok, everyone has them—their favorite Christmas movies that warm the cockles of their hearts, whatever cockles are (scientifically speaking). I’m no different you see, and since the big day is quickly approaching, here are a few movies you might want to take a look at that appeal to my slightly twisted but still nostalgic mind.

I’m so sad that I may have watched the last episode of the stellar show Journeyman, and that NBC has all but cancelled it. However, I ran across this nice little video that takes the theme song in a loop and adds scenes from episodes 1-5. Enjoy, and send in your Rice A Roni!!

It isn’t beyond the realm of possibility that Sci Fi or USA p

Throughout this entire season of Journeyman I’ve compared Dan Vasser’s time travelling as less of a Quantum Leap type of experience and instead a hybrid of the travelling in the books Replay and Slaughterhouse Five. The finale, however, had quite a few similarities to Replay and I’ve been thinking about it for awhile now. Even if you haven

Tony Montana said in Scarface:

“So say goodnight to the bad guy. Come on. The last time you gonna see a bad guy like this again, let me tell you.”

Well, I just saw a bad guy like that, and a hell of a lot better. Folks, you might as well give Javier Bardem the Best Supporting Actor Oscar right now, because there is no way he doesn’t ta

One day I found myself watching a bearded lady getting orally pleasured on some HBO show and thought “well, there’s a show I won’t be watching.” Well I did anyway, and now I’m recommending that you watch too.

Is the writers’ strike leaving its mark on your favorite shows? Time to find a new one? Carnivale is a great start.....

It isn’t just the time-traveling element, which seems to be a mixture of Quantum Leap and the books Slaughterhouse Five and Replay, that appeals to me. It isn’t the fabulous acting of Rome’s Kevin McKidd, though I must say he is the main reason I first tuned in and my wife and I still refer to him as Vorenus from time to time. No, the show

Yesterday evening, if you listened closely, you may have heard a groan from hundreds of thousands of fantasy football players. But you had to listen really close, because the rest of the people watching the Eagles and Cowboys game gasped at one of the most brilliant moves of the season. No, Westbrook did not hurdle over someone, or stiffar

Karla Peterson of SignOnSanDiego.com has got a vulcan mind meld with me or something. What else could explain her recent blog post “Trash TV: What a Dump.” In it, she also mentions that she watched Blind Date before it was her job. Hey, I watch Blind Date still. I think that helps clarify something too…I’m not against all reality TV.
