Apparently Wayne Newton has health problems which is keeping him from appearing on the Dancing with the Stars finale show. He's also cancelling a lot of Las Vegas Shows because of it. He is acting very non-chalant about it so who knows if it is serious. I'm surprised that he is even cleared to appear on the Dancing with the Stars tour. You
