The development platform of Microsoft Dynamics Ax comes with an embeded TODO list. I do not know if embeded is the right word as it actually written inside the code as a reminder. It is similar to that seen in Microsoft Visual C++ few frameworks where there is a TODO in the code to tell the engineer what to do. X
