United States and Iraq Agree on Withdrawal Plan

The United States and Iraq have come to a preliminary agreement that could possibly have United States military personnel withdraw from the cities by June of next year. This “timetable” would be contingent upon Iraq meeting certain milestones. The United States would withdraw from Iraq proportionally as the milestones are met.
