He is mean and the head of a crime organization. His name is Avon Barksdale and the meanest man in the hit HBO series The Wire. It is a character with many fans and although still in prison he manages to continue to run his Barksdale Organization behind bars. Avon Barksdale is my favourite character in the HBO series The Wire.
