Shell Kepler Dead at 49

TMZ is reporting that Shell Kepler, who played nurse Amy Vining on "General Hospital" died yesterday and she was only 49. I am a true fan of Shell Kepler and was sadden by such a horrible news. The TMZ says that Shell Kepler had renal failure and this is why she died. Shell Kepler had left General Hospital for quite some time
