Levonda Selph took a 9,000 dollar bribe to award a $12 million contract. She is a retired colonel of the United states army and yesterday pleaded guilty to a few related charges. It is utter disgrace for the US army as well as for every corrupt American. If it really is $9000 she took and not more, that really is a cheap bribe.
