It's the end of the world as we know it... So sings REM and many of the so-called hiring experts. According to them the Babyboomers will be retiring any minute and there will no one to do their work. However, a recent Manpower survey shows the sky is not yet falling. In fact for Q1 on 2008 hiring is actually down slightly.

Recession or no, certain fields just keep on growing. Beyond.com published their Q4 job forecast today and as expected, fields such as IT, Healthcare, Accounting and Sales remain strong.
