The WGA strike isn't stopping some of the top talk show hosts from returning to their shows in this coming new year.

Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert join Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien and Jimmy Kimmel in making the announcement that they will return in January.

Stewart and Colbert will run their first new show on January 7th.

Ah, poor Mike Huckabee, a GOB hopeful, got his wires crossed and wasn't sure who made an agreement with the WGA or not.

To compete with David Letterman and Craig Ferguson on the late night seen, Jay Leno and Jimmy Kimmel will each guest on each other's shows on the 10th of January.

Letterman and Ferguson both have agreements with the WGA, so they are allowed top stars and their writers back, while Leno and Kimmel have their hands tied.
