Due process too much hassle for DC dept. of motor vehicles

Washington DC's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) apparently is no longer going to allow citizens to protest parking tickets in person, and instead want them to be protested by mail and email.

I personally am all about getting it done from the comfort of my own home, but it seems like it's going to get a lot harder to get a ticket overt
