Is Microsoft deserve Facebook? I heard that Microsoft is going to buy Facebook. We know that Microsoft is already in bed with Facebook and best positioned to strike a deal! Microsoft has paid Facebook premium to thwart Google, just to keep Facebook from the prying lenses of Google and Yahoo! What exactly is Microsoft buying here?Technology? Facebook is great, with 70 million active users, it is one of the most trafficked websites in the world. Its what we called as the forefront of connecting people to one another and it maybe too late for social networking competitors out there to catch up. Microsoft scores a direct hit in Facebook search deal( sorry for Google) may get a little Live here folks, it has announced that the company has expanded its deal with Facebook to integrate Microsoft's Live into the social site. Microsoft which tried and failed to buy Yahoo!, could use a new platform , and that could be Facebook, it got what Microsoft's need. It is one of the fastest growing and most exciting channels in today's media. Microsoft could use Facebook as the platform for its web based software. Its really in dire need of Facebook that could assist Microsoft in fending of Google. Microsoft and Google had both been said to be bidding hard for a deal with fast growing Facebook, while the move is expected to be pricey for Microsoft.( a $ 240M for 1.6% stake is pretty high price to pay.) Facebook could be a "sandbox" for Microsoft's advertising platform. With Facebook , Microsoft could now demo its own targeted online ads. Microsoft roll out Microsoft adCenter, its new self service advertising system designed to take on Google's Adwords/Adsense and Yahoo! Publisher Network. Demographics predictions and audiences intelligence is what Microsoft's adCenter got, its could predict a user's age, gender and other demographic informations based on their online behavior or such as what queries they search online and what websites they often visits. Microsoft is 100% live and opened for business in US. It failed to acquire Yahoo! but a combinations of Microsoft's online reach and Facebook platform and massive users base is a no brainier. Yes what a no brainier. One thing is for sure here, Microsoft would not going to go down without a good fight.Google better watch out.
