You Tube Announces Revenue Sharing Program

You Tube announced that they are opening the shared revenue model to everyone (similar to Meta Cafe does). While this is nice I think it will just promote more pirating as You Tube hasn't been as strict on removing duplicate/pirated videos. There are already plenty of abuse with Social Bookmarking sites like Digg, Stumbleupon as it is. Now we'll see more of these sites pop up on the bookmark sites just to get a visitor from them.
