Now that I’m out of full time employment and am not looking to go back, I can let loose what I think about some of my former company of employment without repercussions. The HR people or bosses will tell you all sort of things to make you stay longer with the company. Here is my top 5 lists which I can remember :-

1. Our company is expanding fast and we are thinking of listing soon on the stock exchange and all employees will be share holders.

2. Don’t leave now. The company will be profitable next year and you will be missing out on big bonuses.

3. We have a great training plan to make sure your skills and knowledge is always up to date.

4. We grow you grow.

5. Sometimes salary isn’t everything. Do you know there are people taking less salary for things they love to do.
