We started out trip around Australia determined to make the cardinal points: North, South, East and West. This is the story of reaching the northernmost point in Australia, Cape York, which is at least 7 days north of Cairns, which is about 2000km north of Brisbane, In fact once you get there you are really only a canoe ride away from Papua New Guinea, but that would have been an entirely different adventures!
