With the cheat sheet (I would rather call it that) you can create your themes faster, no need to search around for the most common snippets to show the date, comments, title, author and much more. Everything in one well designed PDF file.

This is probably mostly useful to users that are a little more advanced than newbies. I suggest that you shouldn't mess with the coding if you don't know what you are doing.

If you need more advanced and in depth code snippets, I suggest you visit WordPress own codex. That is the best place to get what you need in terms of WordPress management, designing and development.
