Everyone can related to bad customer service and probably has more than stories to tell. It is really sad that many companies seem to care less about customer service every year which in the end makes the total product or service offered less attractive.

Sure, you can outsource the entire customer service department but the drop in quality will decrease the overall value. The worst thing is if the customer service rep speaks five words in English and understand only two...one of them a word used to insult the other person.
