PayPerPost (IZEA) Announces SocialSpark

Izea, formerly known as PayPerPost, has officially announced the release of their project code-named: Argus. Live at Postiecon in Vegas, Ted Murphy and the Izea crew unveiled Social Spark. According to the article, Izea is using this as a chance to take on Google and make PageRank not matter at all. There will be blogger/advertiser profiles, live public analytics and more.
