Agreed but we can still do our little bits here and there, don't you think?
I do agree with the issues of global warming we all need to be doing our bit, and so today i will turn off my aircon and walk to work. What will you do??
Regardless of what the common citizens of Earth do, nothing is going to change a government or big businesses view on their polluting habits. At the end of the day, rather than invest in smart technologies like solar, wind and tidal power generation, and cleaner burning manufacturing materials, they'll invest in pet projects and weather control programs.
This isn't to say we shouldn't do what we can to conserve energy and reduce our waste footprint on the world, but the people in control will always look for technology solutions that don't involve changing their ways, rather than alternate solutions and being more efficient with their resources.
