Let's talk about exercise & sex. Yes, I said sex. I know for many sex is an awkward word for some to really talk about, but what a great combination when you combined the two. Exercise to most of us is the key word to a better health, but also at the same time you can achieve stronger orgasms and longer performance between both partners. Think about it, when you exercise the blood circulates throughout your whole body. So therefore down there gets a boost of that great blood flow also.
