Let’s say you’re working on a launch of a new blog and you want to build excitement. In the days leading up to the special day, you could provide readers with a special link (called a jitlink or just in time link) ahead of time that would give them access to it, but only at the time you specify. If they use the link before the time your content is scheduled to be revealed, all they’ll see is a countdown clock.
