Healthy exercise is all about trying plenty of different ways of getting your body moving. And by moving, I mean moving enough to get your heart rate going faster than normal and you getting up a sweat. Otherwise you're not going to get the full benefit of the exercise. This is mainly designed to get people off their lazy backsides, away from the television set and out into the fresh air as often as possible to give yourself a chance to live a little longer!
