Branding is an essential part of marketing when making money online. A very useful technique that is often overlooked is the favicon. For those of you who do not know what this is, look up at the icon by the url. That is called the favicon. When you add a URL to your favorites or bookmarks, this icon is what you see by the names in the lists. If anything, the favicon helps your URL stand out in a user’s bookmarks.
