Coming up with a good niche is not something that you think is good. It has to be something that thousands or maybe millions thinks the same way. What appears to us as a good niche might sometimes be just junk that no one wants.

Finding a good niche takes many good hours of research and even after finding one, there are lots of "extras" that we have to put in to make the niche stands out,
