If you're not, you might want to take a lesson from the guys over at Combative Conditioning. Everyone knows I have a fetish for new exercises. I just love them, so when I saw this video, I had to post it. This wasn't the planned video for the day, but some of these exercises are too good to pass on. This is a video of martial art exercises or Combative Conditioning as they refer to it. It features lots of pulling movements as well as some explosive elements very similar to plyometric workouts. I love the towel hang pull-up. They feature it as an exercise to get into the guard position of grappling, which is really critical in that martial art. Not trying to getting to technical here, so enjoy this video because its a great workout and some of it can easily be added to your routine. Work hard!!
