My video of the week goes to an exercise video I found that made me laugh repeatedly. I don't know how well known it is, but I just found this Yoga exercise video and loved it. If you need a good laugh at some strange exercise video that I think is from the 80s, then you have to click to view this video. It's classic from the outfit, the hair-do, all the way down to the music. Yoga rocks!
