Wong Mew Choo once again slain a Chinese player in the finals of the China Open 2007. This time around, world number 1, Xie XingFang is her victim. Mew Choo played above herself to upset XingFang in a evenly contested finals where Mew Choo eventually won, 21-16,8-21,21-17. This is Mew Choo first international victory and her first Super Series title as well.
