Morocco Tourist Numbers Up

Morocco is gambling all that it has on getting 10 million tourists by 2010. They might very well be on their way. In 2007, they reported over 7-million visitors to the country, or 1/5 of the visitors who traveled to neighboring Spain. What is it that they are doing? How are they doing it? What sorts of Morocco tours are available? And, why are so many westerners interested in traveling to the safest Muslim country in the world?
