Chamonix Valley and Chalet Serena

Chamonix Valley in France has many attractions aside from its magnificent view. The Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice), the largest glacier in France, which is 7kms long and 200m deep is one of the most popular tourist attractions. Thousands of skiers go down the glacier to the Montenvers Railway station after passing through the “Vallee Blanche”. A helicopter tour is also available to see the full majestic view of this very extraordinary valley.
