McSteamy gone gay on McDreamy

Gay is the new black. Even the hot Dr. McSteamy has apparently demanded some quality time from his bestfriend Derek a.k.a. McDreamy. Isn't it smoking when two real men hook up on TV? Somehow Eric Dane's character lean to its softer and vulnerable side. He's almost a woman in the elevator scene. Hot!

This episode also shows some guts. Literally! The whole hospital panic over a man with his large intestine hanging outside, while the residents race for their surgical competition.
