Shugart last June 24, the host of NBC’s hit summer show, “America’s Got Talent,” Jerry Springer and actress/singer Melanie Brown will host the 2008 Miss Universe Beauty Pageant live on NBC from the Crown Convention Center in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, Vietnam on Sunday, July 13th.
