This is a story that happened to me and about 30 of my clients. Living in a rural area dial up internet is still fairly popular. Finding a decent local provider is fairly expensive, actually still in the $20 range. So we went with a company that promised unlimited internet for only $6.50. After getting several complaints from my clients I take care of, we finally found out that you get what you pay for.
