I like the slick new graphical user interface, but I don't like the fact that it requires significantly more resources compared with Windows XP. I also find it painful that I have to use extra mouse clicks to make changes to my Local Area Connection settings. Why couldn't Microsoft just leave it the way it was in XP? Another frustration, is when some of my tried-and-tested software refuses to work despite numerous attempts playing with compatibility mode.
