O2 is one of the largest mobile phone service providers in the UK. Their mobile phone service is great, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Probably a victim of outsourcing, O2s customer service team is loaded with incompetence and the habit of making suggestions instead of giving answers. This, coupled with the fact that their web site has more bugs than ANY web site I have seen before, switching to O2 & trying to check my bill online has made for the worst customer service experience I have had to date.
