Google Docs Outage Raises Questions

Google Docs is a great way to share data without emailing it back and forward. but it does have a few quirks, can be a little jerky, and lacks a few features that are found in the full blown desktop versions of popular applications. Still it has its place. Reliability and security are another matter. We all accept that email is not private or ecure, but what about your business or private documents and spreadsheets?
