Bad Stumble - Good Stumble

Here are two sites I found via StumbleUpon tonight. One is a good example of how to design a good landing page while the other is an example of how to do everything wrong. The good one has great graphics and excellent interactivity while the other one is a Made For Adsense site that insures a quick click on the 'stumble' button if not also a thumbs down.
