The Shaquille O'Neal era in Phoenix officially began Wednesday afternoon at a press conference by Steve Kerr and Mike D'Antoni. They were excited and almost giddy over getting the big man, who they both believe is far from finished, despite being almost 36 years old. The Phoenix Suns trainers are regarded as the best in the NBA, and their work on Grant Hill and Amare Stoudemire has been amazing. If anyone can give Shaq back the bounce in his step, it's them. Shaq was at the game Wednesday night, already geared in Suns apparel, and during a standing ovation he received by the fans, he pointed at his ring finger...as a promise.
