Joe Montana Sues Ex-wife Kim Moses Over Auction Items

NFL great Joe Montana is suing his ex-wife Kim Moses for allegedly selling the 49er quarterback's memorabilia through an auction house, without his consent. The items include a copy of Moses and Montana's marriage certificate, Montana's Notre Dame freshman ID card, and a letter of intent that Montana signed to play football for Notre Dame. Moses alleges that items were given to her and that Montana's accusations are untrue.
