Golfers need to lose weight! The average golfer is 20 or more pounds over weight. This is not good for your health and your game. I'm not here to lecture, but want to show you how simple tips can help you lose weight fast!

Let me start off saying, "don't go on a DIET!" Diets don't work! If they did there would be ONE!

Secondly, don't have the attitude "I'll give it a try". There's no conviction in those words. You'll fail before you start. You MUST have firm and positive words in your goals. For example, "I am going to lose 5 pounds in 30 days". "I am going to eat better every day". "I am going to be successful no matter what".
