

Let me start off saying, "don't go on a DIET!" Diets don't work! If they did there would be ONE!
Secondly, don't have the attitude "I'll give it a try". There's no conviction in those words. You'll fail before you start. You MUST have firm and positive words in your goals. For example, "I am going to lose 5 pounds in 30 days". "I am going to eat better every day". "I am going to be successful no matter what".
