When I mention golf strength training, golfers run! I have come to the realization that golfers envision "work" when they hear this term, and not the benefits that will happen.

Any golf improvement program should incorporate some form of strength exercises specific to golf. This is a must due to the physical prerequisites the golf swing demands.

To hit the ball with force, power and ultimately gain distance, your golf swing muscles must be stronger. A weak golfer will never hit longer drives. Period!
