Remember the audi unintennded acceleration fiasco? Audi laid low in the US for years while it rebuilt its reputation.Their racing program continued anew with big successes in rallying and sportcar events.
The Audi lineup of luxury performance cars have returned to favor in th eUS headed by their flagship R8 model.
Now they are busy churning out V8, V10 diesels and planning a V12, as soon as they catch up with demand.
