Why China & Russia Vetoed Mugabe Sanctions

So you think China and Russia vetoed sanctions against Mugabe because they're inhuman and support the regime of Mugabe? I don't think so...it's simply a self preserving move, brought on by US bullying of the world over the last few years. In fact, China and Russia are sending the US an indirect message: i.e., enough interference in international affairs. Would you blame them?
