Feliway is a facial pheromone that has some amazing effects on cats.  It helps them feel more calm and relaxed, but it's primary purpose is to help stop problems of inappropriate urination, I.E., peeing outside the box.  Feliway spray and Feliway diffusers can be used to get this cat-comforting scent around so they don't spray or get pet urine where it doesn't belong.  It also calms cats and can make a huge difference when you have cats that are worried, stressed, or otherwise don't get along and fight each other.
