External parasites are pretty common among dogs. A parasite is an organism that lives off the resources your dog has to offer: namely, fresh blood (which most parasites drink) and a warm place to stay (in and on the skin and fur).

I wrote this complete skin parasite guide for dogs because I waisted literally thousands of dollars taking my dog to the vet when he didn't need to go, and even when I took him to the vet, they didn't perscribe the best solution possible for my dog. I have spent over 60 hours beyond the time spent with my dog researching and writting the suggestions in this guide. I hope they help you and your dog.
