In your music writing or creative work, there are probably many little routine things that you do all the time that happen to be slow and inefficient. Often you won't bother to fix these things because it doesn't seem worth it. Well, seriously, by eliminating annoyances you may be opening up more energy than you think for your songwriting. It's an amazing experience when you have nothing between you and your music. Writing will become easier and more natural very quickly.
