For all the wait, there hasn't been a whole lot of buzz surrounding the new X-Files sequel. That is because they have gone to "comical lengths" to keep things quiet, according to director, co-writer, and creator, Chris Carter. But the sequel has finally been named, and while it may sound cheesy to some, die-hard fans will recognize its significance.
