For those of you who went away to college after high school - remember that first summer back in your hometown? Remember the great times you had with your old friends and how they changed, you changed and it felt like forever since you last saw them? Well, I do and that’s why American Pie 2 resonates with me.

I really enjoyed the first American Pie film and even liked American Wedding. What makes American Pie 2 stand out is that it brings back some good memories of a MUCH simpler time in my life. Now, we didn’t rent a house on a lake and work together, nor did we have some of the other “adventures” Stifler and the boys had in this flick, but we did have a lot of fun. For me, that’s what makes American Pie 2 so special and why it’s in my Top 100 Movies. Plus, it’s a damn funny flick.
