Ridley Scott is all set to direct the screen adaptation of the period noir novel The Kind one. Warner Brothers is producing the movie. Author Tom Epperson is on board for the screenplay. He has previously worked as a co-screenwriter on movies such as One False Move (An overlooked knockout crime drama starring Billy Bob Thornton) and The Gift.
