Throwing Money at the Problem

Did you ever earn some extra cash when you were a kid, mowing lawns or shoveling show? I know I did. All my friends did. But it seems today that kids either don't want to do it, or their parents won't let them. I resigned myself to the fact that I was never going to have help shoveling after a big snow. Until today, when a pack of kids showed up at my door with shovels and enthusiasm. They were richly rewarded.
