Neat Receipts Takes Care of Paperwork

I wonder how this product really works. Sometimes having to scan in receipts to create digital accounting is more hassle than it's worth. Maybe the paperless office is just a myth.
The proof of the pudding comes at tax time. Can you just hit a button to get a report and merge it into a tax return.
Even better: get rid of the tax return completely. How about no taxes, no return. It's possible. Just have every transaction have a 0.1% transaction fee, similar to an ATM fee, but less, and on all income and spending.
