Sometimes you just have to speak out about the idiots in charge, and the idiots you have to deal with in everyday life.
This is the story of an inconsiderate shopper in Wal-Mart, and what was done about her. I run into these kind of people all the time.
Good story. Hopefully you will be inspired to take similar action when you run into one of these idiots that is costing you money.
